By purchasing a ticket or securing your place for the Wealthy Woman Morocco Retreat (the “Retreat”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms

• All bookings require either full payment or the first instalment (if a payment plan is chosen) to secure your place.

• If you choose to pay in instalments, you agree to complete all remaining payments on the dates outlined at the time of booking.

• By entering into a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full retreat fee in its entirety, regardless of whether you attend the event or not.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

• All payments made towards the Wealthy Woman Morocco Retreat are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, travel issues, or illness.

• This applies to both full payments and payment plans.

3. Booking Transfers

• In certain circumstances, and solely at the discretion of the Retreat organiser, you may be eligible to transfer your booking to another Wealthy Woman event or retreat.

• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing, and approval is not guaranteed.

• If approved, transfers may be subject to an administration fee or additional costs depending on the event being transferred to.

4. Responsibility and Travel

• You are responsible for arranging your own travel to and from the retreat location unless otherwise specified.

• We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover your trip, including coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

5. Retreat Changes or Cancellations by Organiser

• While every effort will be made to deliver the retreat as advertised, the organiser reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, facilitators, location, or accommodations if necessary.

• In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered a transfer to a future retreat or event of equal value.

6. Personal Responsibility

• By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the retreat activities.

• You understand that participation is at your own risk and that the organiser accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your travel or stay.
