Terms & Conditions – Women of Wealth Winter Soiree

By purchasing a ticket for the Women of Wealth Winter Soiree, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Policy
   All tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance.

2. Ticket Transfers
   Tickets may be transferred to another individual only at the discretion of the event organiser. Requests for transfers must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event date. The organiser reserves the right to approve or decline any transfer request.

3. Event Changes
   The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event date, venue, speakers, or agenda, if necessary. In the rare case of event cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a transfer to a rescheduled date or alternative event.

4. Code of Conduct
   The CEO Circle is a professional, inclusive, and supportive space. By attending, all participants agree to maintain respectful behaviour and uphold the integrity of the group experience. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these expectations.

5. Media & Photography
   This event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or voice in any such materials, unless you notify the organiser in writing prior to the event.
